No Bollinger 72-Hour Feed
The Bollinger County Sheriff's Office publishes recent releases through Bollinger County JailTracker. The form requires a four-character, case-sensitive CAPTCHA. It permits a name search, Current Only or Released, and seven-day or thirty-day choices under Released. There is no native 72-hour option and no separate weekend-release page.
The seven-day view is the correct public starting point because it covers the desired three-day span. It must still be narrowed by the displayed Release Date. The longest demonstrated online lookback is thirty days. The sheriff has not published a deeper archive window, a formal refresh schedule, or a public definition of when an entry becomes visible.
Check Bollinger Three-Day Releases
A three-day review should preserve the boundaries used. Record the date and time of the search before filtering. That simple step matters when the public table changes, a late checkout appears, or a person is booked again after a valid release. Use Release Date as the first screen, then open the details for each likely match.
- Set the start and end of the desired period. Decide between a rolling clock interval and three named dates.
- Open JailTracker, complete the CAPTCHA, and choose Released.
- Select 7 Days. Add a first and last name only when narrowing to one person.
- Keep entries whose Release Date falls inside the intended period.
- Open each detail and compare booking number, jacket, facility, cases, charges, and holds.
- Ask the jail to confirm the release timestamp, release type, and receiving agency when the detail is incomplete.
For the narrowest current-day check, use the Bollinger County same-day release method. The three-day process is better for catch-up work. It prevents an event near midnight, a weekend closure, or delayed data entry from being overlooked merely because it falls outside one calendar date.
Keep a short audit trail for the review: the chosen boundary, search time, CAPTCHA success, and booking identifiers retained from each match. This is useful when the seven-day results change during the period. It also prevents a later rebooking from being mistaken for a correction to the first event. JailTracker determines what the public interface displays, but the sheriff remains the custodian to contact about completeness and factual errors.
Bollinger 72-Hour Release Fields
The results table gives enough information to identify a recent booking and its listed release day. “View More” can add the context needed to separate a community return from a transfer. Match identities with care. The same name may appear in more than one record, while one person may have more than one booking.
| Displayed item | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Name fields | Compare last, first, and middle names with another known identifier. |
| Book Date | Places the start of the listed custody event. |
| Release Date | Determines whether the booking falls within the chosen three-day span. |
| Booking Number | Identifies the exact booking for a call or records request. |
| Jacket | Provides another local identifier that may link bookings. |
| Facility | Names the facility associated with the entry. |
| Hold details | May identify another agency, hold type, priority, dates, and contact. |
Detail views may also show an offender image, status, cases, bond type and amount, fine, sentence, court date, charge and arrest information, and case, warrant, or control numbers. A charge is an accusation in the booking record. It is not the final result of the case.
Bollinger Weekend Release Boundaries
Weekends make date definitions visible. A Friday evening checkout, a Saturday transfer, and a Monday morning data entry may all appear during one review even though the underlying events occurred under different legal authority. Holidays can add another delay between a court event and physical release processing. No official Bollinger policy was found for routine release hours, weekend practice, or a standard update cadence.
Ask the records custodian for the event itself, not merely a copy of the screen. Useful fields are booking and release timestamps, release type, releasing authority, destination or receiving agency, case number, and each hold. When asking for a period list, state whether transfers, court transports, hospital movements, cancelled bookings, and furloughs should be included. Software definitions can differ.
Note: A Monday docket entry may explain a release, but the jail's checkout record supplies the physical-custody time and may show unresolved holds.
Obtain Bollinger Three-Day Records
For an exact list, send a focused Sunshine request to the Bollinger County Sheriff's Office records custodian, 202 High Street, P.O. Box 800, Marble Hill, Missouri 63764. The current state directory identifies Stanley Petton as sheriff. The office telephone is 573-238-2633, and the directory lists fax 573-238-3095. Confirm the preferred submission method and records hours before sending private identity material.
A useful request asks for existing records sufficient to identify releases from a precise start timestamp through an end timestamp in Central time. Include the fields needed to interpret the list. Ask for legal name, booking number, book and release date/time, release disposition, releasing authority, transfer destination, charges, case numbers, and holds. Electronic copies are preferred when available.
Missouri § 610.023 requires the custodian to act by the end of the third business day after receipt. Immediate production is not always required, but delay must be explained with the earliest expected availability. Under § 610.026, actual copy, staff, programming, and medium costs may apply. Ask for an estimate because no Bollinger-specific flat rate was found.
Confirm Bollinger Release Destinations
A release from Bollinger County custody does not always mean freedom from all custody. Bond, recognizance, time served, dismissal, or another court order may allow a community return. DOC, writ, other agency, or transfer points elsewhere. A hold or detainer can keep the person confined after the local case no longer supports detention.
| Listed situation | Confirmation route |
|---|---|
| Community release | Jail release record plus Case.net bond, dismissal, or sentence entry |
| Missouri DOC transfer | DOC Offender Search after intake and a DOC custody record |
| Another county or state agency | Named receiving agency and its custody channel |
| Federal or immigration hold | BOP, U.S. Marshals, PACER, ICE locator, or ERO as applicable |
| Older county event | Sheriff booking and release record request |
Missouri DOC's public search covers active incarcerated people, probationers, and parolees. It does not show discharged offenders. A person transferred from Bollinger County may also be absent during intake. Neither absence nor silence from a notification system confirms release.
Municipal and federal paths also require care. No separate operating municipal jail was confirmed in Bollinger County, so ask an arresting police department where the person was booked. A U.S. Marshals detainee can be housed in a county or contract jail without appearing as a convicted BOP prisoner. If the Bollinger detail names another custodian, that agency's record becomes the next link in the custody chain.
Bollinger Seven-Day Roster Quirk
Bollinger's seven-day and thirty-day choices are distinctive because they do not match the common search phrases “24-hour releases” or “72-hour releases.” The broader setting is useful, but it shifts the filtering work to the reader. The date on each row must be tested against the chosen interval. The CAPTCHA is also case-sensitive, so a failed form submission may be an access issue rather than evidence that no releases exist.
The thirty-day choice is only the longest demonstrated public horizon. It is not the sheriff's full retention schedule. Underlying booking and release records may remain with the custodian after an entry drops from the interface. Use a records request for earlier dates, a disputed value, or a precise list that the public view cannot produce.
Note: No official Bollinger sheriff mobile roster app was found, and communication products should not be presented as release-list substitutes.
Reconcile Bollinger Release Conflicts
Use the jail record and court docket together. The jail record answers when physical county custody ended and may name the release type or destination. Case.net answers what the court ordered, such as bond modification, dismissal, probation, commitment, or a warrant event. “Disposed” describes the case at a legal stage. It does not establish the physical checkout time.
MOVANS can provide a custody-change alert for participating local systems, but it is not a certified release record and can be delayed or offline. Current local-jail registrations use Missouri's state portal with SMS or email. A federal sentenced person belongs in BOP, while a state prisoner belongs in Missouri DOC. For a named person's full fallback chain, consult the Bollinger County release search.
Write down the source and “as of” time for every check. A person can be released and later booked again. When sources disagree, request the sheriff's release sheet and the court order rather than guessing which date controls.
