Check Bollinger County 24-Hour Releases

A Bollinger County 24 hour release list answers a narrow question: who left county custody today. The sheriff does not publish a native one-day feed, so a search for people released in the last 24 hours requires narrowing the broader official release results and then confirming what each entry means. A displayed release can mark a return to the community, a transfer, or the end of only one agency's hold. Same-day processing may also lag. Reliable confirmation therefore joins the recent county record with the court event, any listed hold, and the receiving system when custody moved elsewhere.

No Bollinger 24-Hour Feed

The Bollinger County Sheriff's Office uses the official Public Safety Cloud JailTracker. It has Current Only and Released modes. Released mode offers seven-day and thirty-day choices. It does not offer a native 24-hour filter, a separate daily release page, or a published rolling-day endpoint. Calling the seven-day result a 24-hour feed would overstate what the software provides.

For a calendar-day check, select Released and 7 Days. Then compare each displayed Release Date with the day being researched. The table may not define a rolling boundary down to the minute. A release at 9 a.m. yesterday and one at 8 p.m. today illustrate why “today” and “the preceding twenty-four clock hours” are different requests.

Verify the window: ask the jail for a timestamped list when the exact start and end times matter. State that the interval is in Central time.

Check Bollinger Same-Day Releases

The public route starts with the recent-release control, not Current Only. Current Only is a present-custody view. A person who has been released can disappear from that view while remaining visible in the separate Released results. Name fields are optional, so the same process can check the day's full results or one known person.

  1. Open Bollinger County JailTracker and enter its four-character, case-sensitive CAPTCHA.
  2. Add the first and last name if the search concerns one person. Leave them open when reviewing the whole date.
  3. Select Released, choose 7 Days, and submit the search.
  4. Read the Release Date column and retain only entries for the intended calendar day.
  5. Open View More for the matched booking. Compare the booking number, cases, charges, holds, and facility.
  6. Call the sheriff at 573-238-2633 when the checkout is recent, the time is unclear, or a hold or transfer appears.

A search for one known person may also need the broader custody and court path described on the Bollinger County released-inmate search. Absence from this short window is only a lead. Spelling, intake lag, another jail, a release older than the public window, or a new arrest can all change the result.

Save the search time and the local booking identifiers. If a record appears later, those details make it easier to distinguish late data entry from a different booking. MOVANS may send a custody-change notice for a participating local jail, but the state warns that a no-result can mean the jail is offline. Current local-jail registration uses SMS or email through Missouri's portal. The alert time should be checked against the sheriff's release timestamp rather than treated as the moment custody ended.

Bollinger 24-Hour Release Fields

The public results identify a booking and its listed release date. Detail records add context. They do not convert an arrest entry into a final court outcome, and they do not prove that a person entered the community. The following fields are documented for the Bollinger release interface.

FieldWhat it establishes
Last, first, middle nameThe identity label used for that booking; compare another identifier for namesakes.
Book DateWhen the listed booking began, not when the criminal case began or ended.
Release DateThe date Bollinger custody ended for that booking as displayed by JailTracker.
Booking Number and JacketLocal identifiers that help staff locate the exact record.
FacilityThe facility tied to the listed booking and release event.
Cases, charges, and court dateRelated case data that must be reconciled with the court docket.
Hold fieldsThe agency, type, priority, dates, or contact that may explain continued custody elsewhere.

Details may also include an image, status, bond type and amount, fine, sentence, arrest data, and case, warrant, or control numbers. Those values describe the record as supplied. Contact the facility before treating them as complete.

Note: A Release Date is county-custody evidence, but a hold or transfer can mean the person remained confined by another agency.

Read Bollinger Release Outcomes

Release language changes the next step. Bond or own recognizance usually points to a community release while the case continues. Time served links the checkout to the court's sentence calculation. Dismissal or court order should correspond with a docket entry. DOC, other agency, writ, or transfer means only that Bollinger County stopped holding the person. A detainer is a request from another authority that can block community release.

Released
The jail recorded an end to its custody for that booking.
Transfer
Custody moved to another agency or institution rather than ending.
Detainer
Another authority asked that the person be held or transferred.
Discharge
A sentence or supervision duty ended; it is not a synonym for every jail checkout.

Case.net supplies the legal event, such as bond, dismissal, sentence, commitment, or warrant action. The jail record supplies the physical custody event. Their dates can differ because staff must process the order and check all holds before release.

A commitment to Missouri DOC changes the custodian. Search the active DOC portal after intake, compare the DOC number and Bollinger County offense, and confirm the assigned status. That portal includes active incarcerated people, probationers, and parolees, but excludes discharged offenders. A missing state result can therefore reflect intake lag or full discharge. It cannot supply the county checkout reason on its own.

Request Bollinger Release Timestamps

A Sunshine request is the clearest fallback when JailTracker does not define the needed clock interval. The current state directory identifies Stanley Petton as sheriff. Address the request to the records custodian at the Bollinger County Sheriff's Office, 202 High Street, P.O. Box 800, Marble Hill, Missouri 63764. Call 573-238-2633 first to confirm the current submission method and records hours. Fax 573-238-3095 appears in the official state directory.

Define the period precisely. Ask for existing records sufficient to identify every release from a stated start time through a stated end time in Central time. Request the legal name, booking number, booking and release timestamps, release type, releasing authority, destination agency for transfers, related case number, and holds. Also ask whether the response includes inter-jail transfers, temporary court moves, hospital movements, or cancelled bookings.

Missouri § 610.023 requires action as soon as possible and no later than the end of the third business day after receipt. Action may be a production date and detailed reason for delay. Section 610.026 allows actual and specified copy, staff, programming, and medium costs. No Bollinger flat fee was found, so request an estimate.

Bollinger Release Images Need Context

JailTracker detail pages can show an offender image and larger or original-size choices when a photograph is available. That makes the official recent booking record the strongest local photo route. The image is tied to an arrest and booking. It does not establish present custody, final disposition, or community release. Match it to the booking number before using it to identify the record.

The sheriff's social feed is a secondary discovery source. KFVS reported that the office's Facebook page was hacked in September 2024. That local incident makes independent confirmation essential. Compare any social image or caption with the official Release Date, the jail record, and Case.net instead of treating the post as a release notice.

Note: Bollinger County has no confirmed official mobile roster app, so visitation or communication products should not be described as release-search tools.

Bollinger News Is Not Release Proof

Local news can preserve a sheriff arrest post, photograph, or custody narrative after a social item changes. KFVS has published Bollinger County arrest accounts based on sheriff information. Those reports usually establish the arrest or custody status at the time of reporting. They rarely establish the later checkout time, release reason, or destination.

Use news to locate a name, date, agency, or possible case. Then return to JailTracker for the Release Date and to Case.net for the legal event. If the county record lists a hold, the receiving agency controls the next status. A state sentence calls for Missouri DOC; a federal transfer calls for BOP, U.S. Marshals, PACER, or ICE as the facts require.

Bollinger Released Versus In Custody

Current Only and Released answer different questions. Current Only lists present Bollinger jail custody as reported. Released mode searches recent completed county bookings within the selected seven-day or thirty-day lookback. A name missing from Current Only is not, by itself, proof of release. The person may have transferred, been booked elsewhere, appeared under another spelling, or fallen outside the online window.

For a wider public date check, the Bollinger County 72-hour release process explains how three days differ from a rolling clock window. Both routes still require direct confirmation when a transfer, hold, or late update affects the result.
